Harsh words from AKP's Savcı Sayan to his own party: 'The curse of the poor will drown you'

AKP member Savcı Sayan, in a note shared on the social media platform X, criticized certain figures in his party without naming them. In the note titled "The curse of the poor will drown you," Sayan highlighted the economic difficulties faced by the Anatolian people with examples and accused some individuals in the party of living in luxury.

"YOU HAVE BETRAYED THESE LANDS"

Sayan stated, "You are heartless! You are not just one person, you are a massive mob. You exploited labor, you stole the sweat of the brow; then you ended up on vacation in Hawaii/Dubai, and investing in America and England. You were born and raised in these lands and you have betrayed these lands."

"THE ANATOLIAN PEOPLE ARE REBELLING"

Stating that the Anatolian people are in economic distress, Sayan said the following:

"Today, while the people of Anatolia stand in line for one cheap loaf of bread or one kilo of cheap meat, you have built a reign for your children by stealing the happiness of theirs. The Anatolian people are now rebelling, and they will continue to do so. We will not let you devour our President."

"YOU DID NOT SEE THE ANATOLIAN WOMAN WHO SOLD HER WEDDING RING"

Drawing attention to the difficulties faced by Anatolian women, Sayan wrote, "You never saw the Anatolian woman who sold the wedding ring on her finger for her child's school expenses, or who tried to buy a pack of margarine on credit at the grocery store to send off her guest. You didn't even care about the hope in the eyes of the children of the father waiting in that line."

"YOUR FAKE DIPLOMAS WILL NOT SAVE YOU EITHER"

AKP's Sayan, arguing that some figures in the party are obsessed with position and money, stated, "Enough is enough! The children of Anatolia will not remain silent, they will not allow it. We will rip you away from our leader's side. Your days of honey and pastry will end. Your planes, your yachts, and your fake diplomas will not save you either. You will not be able to eat what you have stolen; you will vomit it up."

"THE UPSTARTS HAVE HARMED THIS COUNTRY"

Arguing that upstart politicians have harmed the country, Sayan concluded his outburst with the words, "You could neither carry the position nor the money. You have caused the greatest harm to this country with your arrogance. But enough is enough! The Anatolian people are rising up. We will not let you devour our President. And remember: The poor have both prayers and curses... And that curse will find you."
