Here are the 12 ministers who received the retirement perk! If they leave office...
Ahead of the AKP's 8th Ordinary Congress, there is talk of comprehensive changes to the party management and the cabinet. The 12 ministers who will earn the right to retirement if they leave office as of June have been identified.
It is stated that there will be major changes in the party management ahead of the 8th Ordinary Congress of the AKP, which will be held on February 23. While a comprehensive revision is expected in the Central Executive Board (MYK), referred to as the "A-Team," there is also talk in the lobbies that some ministers in the cabinet will be replaced.
There are claims that the cabinet reshuffle will take place specifically after June. The most important reason for this is that 12 ministers who have not previously served as members of parliament or ministers will earn retirement rights after completing 2 years in office. Under the Presidential Government System, once this period determined for ministers appointed from outside the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) expires, those who meet the necessary conditions will be able to benefit from the rights of retired members of parliament.
RETIREMENT FOR MINISTERS
If they leave office after June, these 12 ministers will have all the rights granted to members of parliament. Accordingly, each of them will receive a pension of 124 thousand TL and will be able to benefit from various privileges, primarily in healthcare services.
The 12 ministers who will earn retirement rights and whose names are mentioned in the change process are as follows:
Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş
Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Işıkhan
Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan
Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar
Minister of Interior Ali Yerlikaya
Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin
Minister of National Defense Yaşar Güler
Minister of Health Kemal Memişoğlu
Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır
Minister of Agriculture and Forestry İbrahim Yumaklı
Minister of Trade Ömer Bolat
Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu
