According to claims discussed in the parliamentary corridors, it is suggested that AKP Parliamentary Group Chairman Abdullah Güler or Group Deputy Chairman Özlem Zengin could be appointed as deputy chairman of the party.

It is being discussed that Efkan Ala, who is currently the AKP Deputy Chairman, could be moved to the Ministry of Interior to take part in the ongoing DEM-Imrali process due to his experience in the resolution process. Among the claims is that the other Deputy Chairman, Mustafa Elitaş, will be brought to the Ministry of Trade.

SURPRISE NAMES IN THE NEW CABINET

While it is stated that the change in the AKP Headquarters management will also be reflected in the cabinet, the name of Hamza Dağ, Deputy Chairman in charge of Media and Publicity, stands out in particular.

It is claimed that Dağ, a lawyer from Izmir, could be appointed to the Ministry of Justice or the Ministry of Youth and Sports in the new cabinet.

However, some AKP officials state that President Erdoğan may leave the cabinet reshuffle until the summer months and that there will be a limited change instead of a large-scale revision.
