The names on Erdoğan's survey table are emerging: Nearly 30 candidates for the cabinet

Following the AKP's 8th Ordinary Grand Congress, the possibility of a cabinet reshuffle has come to the agenda. During this process, it has been learned that President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has commissioned comprehensive survey studies for potential cabinet changes.

According to the report by Gazete Korkusuz columnist Can Coşkun, based on insider information, evaluations were made regarding nearly 30 names in these surveys, which continued throughout January.

It was reported that the names at the forefront of the surveys conducted within the party and among the public include Binali Yıldırım, Berat Albayrak, Adil Karaismailoğlu, Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, Bülent Turan, Mustafa Varank, and Mehmet Muş.

It was stated that these individuals have held important positions in the cabinet or the party in the past, and that Erdoğan is having their current influence measured.

Among the names discussed in the corridors regarding the cabinet reshuffle are two different individuals named Hüseyin Keskin, as well as Mustafa Yılmaz.

It was noted that the first Hüseyin Keskin is the former General Manager of DHMİ and currently a member of the Board of Directors of Turkish Airlines (THY), and is being evaluated for the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure.

It was recorded that the other Hüseyin Keskin is the Istanbul Provincial Director of Culture and Tourism, and his name is being mentioned for the Ministry of Tourism.

It was stated that Mustafa Yılmaz serves as the President of the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK) and is among the names being considered for the Ministry of Energy.

While it remains unclear when the decision regarding the cabinet reshuffle will be made, it is stated that Erdoğan's evaluations are ongoing and the process will take shape in the coming days.
