The DEM Party's Imrali delegation met with terrorist organization PKK leader Abdullah Öcalan for the third time today. The meeting, which took place at Imrali Prison, concluded around 14:30, and the delegation returned to Istanbul. The DEM Party Imrali delegation is set to make a statement at 17:00. 

While all eyes were turned to the statement to be made by the Imrali delegation, a notable development occurred within the AKP. It was announced that AKP Deputy Chairman Efkan Ala would make a statement at the AKP Headquarters at 17:30. However, it was later stated that the announcement was cancelled due to a busy schedule.

MEETING WITH JUSTICE MINISTER TUNÇ BEFORE THE STATEMENT

On the other hand, Ala met with Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç. Tunç shared a photograph of those moments on his social media account and used the following expressions:

"We came together with our AKP Deputy Chairman, Mr. Efkan Âlâ. We held evaluations on the work we are carrying out for our country and our nation. I wish our Deputy Chairman, Mr. Efkan Âlâ, continued success in his duties and thank him for his hospitality."
