HKP members protest in front of the US Embassy
Members of the People's Liberation Party (HKP) protested the US attempt to abduct Venezuelan President Maduro. The party members gathered in front of the US Embassy in Ankara and targeted American imperialism.
A group of members from the People's Liberation Party (HKP) gathered in front of the US Embassy in the Çankaya district of Ankara to protest US attacks against Venezuela. The demonstrators carried banners reading "Killer US, get out of Venezuela" and chanted slogans of "Down with American imperialism."
"THE US IS THE REPRESENTATIVE OF A ROGUE STATE"
HKP Deputy Secretary General Sait Kıran condemned the US attack on Venezuela and made the following statement:
"This bloody tyrant is the representative of plunder, profit, exploitation, and banditry for all countries possessing natural wealth. This rogue state has brought the angel of death with it to every land it has set foot on. The US attacks against the people and leadership of Venezuela are once again a confirmation of this rogue state's inhumane practices."
Kıran emphasized that the natural resources possessed by the country lie behind the US attack on Venezuela. Kıran stated, "While the imperialist US strives to seize the oil and natural resources of the Middle East on one hand, it attacks the countries and peoples of Latin America on the other. They have targeted Venezuela to seize and plunder its oil and natural resources, and they do not hesitate to express this openly."
"WE STAND WITH BOLIVARIAN VENEZUELA"
Stating that the Turkish people should also be sensitive to this situation, Kıran expressed that as the HKP, they always stand with the Republic of Venezuela, President Maduro, and the Venezuelan people. He concluded by saying, "We have never deviated and will never deviate from our scientific, conscious, faithful, and determined struggle against US imperialism."
