Immunity dossiers for 7 deputies submitted to the Turkish Parliament
The immunity dossiers prepared for 7 deputies have been referred by the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) to the Joint Committee composed of members of the Constitutional and Justice Commissions.
Presidential dossiers regarding the lifting of legislative immunity for deputies from the CHP, DEM Party, and IYI Party, as well as 2 independent deputies, have been submitted to the Speaker of the Turkish Parliament.
The dossiers were referred by the Speaker of the Parliament to the Joint Committee composed of members of the Constitutional and Justice Commissions.
The deputies whose files have been referred to the Joint Committee are as follows:
"CHP Istanbul Deputy Gökan Zeybek, IYI Party Istanbul Deputy Burak Akburak, DEM Party Diyarbakır Deputy Cengiz Çandar, DEM Party Mardin Deputy Salihe Aydeniz, DEM Party Siirt Deputy Sabahat Erdoğan Sarıtaş, Independent Istanbul Deputy Cemal Enginyurt, Independent Ankara Deputy Yüksel Arslan."
