Israel blacklists Bilal Erdoğan: Entry to the country banned

Israel has blacklisted 29 Turkish citizens who have drawn attention with their anti-Israel rhetoric in recent statements and actions, banning them from entering the country.

The decision was made upon the recommendation of the Israeli government's Minister of Diaspora Affairs and Combating Antisemitism, Amichai Chikli.

BILAL ERDOĞAN, ALI ERBAŞ, AND SEVERAL OTHERS ARE ON THE BANNED LIST

Among the names on the banned list are Bilal Erdoğan, son of AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, as well as former President of Religious Affairs Ali Erbaş.

In addition, IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation President Bülent Yıldırım and several other individuals have also been included on this list.

According to statements from the Israeli government, this step was taken on the grounds that the blacklisted individuals had made calls for boycotts with anti-Israel rhetoric and organized anti-Israel campaigns. Israeli officials stated that these individuals were attempting to create a negative atmosphere toward Israel among the public through these actions.
