There, Akşener announced that the candidate for Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality is Mesut Dedeoğlu.
Dedeoğlu previously served as a Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) Member of Parliament for Kahramanmaraş during the 24th legislative term.

Akşener had also previously announced that the candidate for İzmir is Ümit Özlale and the candidate for Eskişehir is Melih Aydın.
