İYİ Party group holds extraordinary meeting on 'framework law' agenda
The İYİ Party Parliamentary Group, chaired by Müsavat Dervişoğlu, evaluated the legislative proposal expected to be submitted to the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM).
The İYİ Party Parliamentary Group held an extraordinary meeting under the chairmanship of Chairman Müsavat Dervişoğlu. The agenda of the meeting included the "framework law" expected to be submitted to the TBMM as part of the process the government calls a "Terror-Free Turkey."
In a statement made on the party's social media account, it was noted that Dervişoğlu held an extraordinary meeting with the Parliamentary Group at the TBMM. The post stated, "Our struggle for the sake of the Turkish Nation's law, sovereignty, and the honor of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey will continue until the end!"
It was reported that the proposal in question was opened for the signatures of members of parliament today. It was also conveyed that MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli signed the legislative proposal.
The AKP, meanwhile, is expected to hold a closed group meeting at the TBMM tomorrow to evaluate the "Legislative Proposal on the Strengthening of National Solidarity and Social Integration."
