Regarding the protocol signed with Ümit Özdağ, Kılıçdaroğlu said, "Ümit Özdağ signed that protocol stating that 'a trustee cannot be appointed without a court decision.' This protocol is constantly viewed with a critical eye. True, there are aspects to be criticized. But today, Erdoğan can appoint a trustee without a court decision. Yet Ümit Özdağ signed the protocol stating that 'a trustee cannot be appointed without a court decision.'"
