Messages from Kurtulmuş and Yılmaz following the terror attack at TUSAŞ: 'This attack is no coincidence'

Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz and Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş visited TUSAŞ, which was the target of a terror attack.

Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş stated in his remarks there, "We will never surrender to terror. This attack is no coincidence. No matter who makes what plan, we will not turn back from our goal. Our defense industry will not take a step back."

Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz said, "I condemn the dark forces behind this. I offer my condolences to our entire nation. This terror attack was an attack on our national unity, our peace, and our defense industry. There is undoubtedly a place where terror wants to lead us. They are doing this with a purpose and an aim. We, however, will act in the exact opposite way of their goals. They are trying to disrupt our peace. We will continue on our path with even more peace, and we will further elevate our brotherhood. As a government, we will continue to work in this field with even greater determination and resolve. We want to give a clear and net message here to those who use this as a tool. Turkey will continue on its path in a strong manner."
