MHP announces 55 more mayoral candidates
The MHP has announced 55 mayoral candidates for the March 31 Local Administration General Elections, including 6 districts and 49 towns.
According to a written statement by MHP Deputy Chairman Sadir Durmaz, mayoral candidates have been determined in 55 more electoral districts following evaluations by the party's authorized bodies and the approval of MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli.
In this context, the MHP, which nominated Şahin Yıldırım in Alacakaya, Yağız Atagün in Arıcak, Tuncer Turus in Baskil, İrfan Güneş in Karakoçan, Hasan Aydın in Kovancılar, and Selçuk Karaca in Maden, all in Elazığ, also announced its candidates for certain towns in Adıyaman, Ağrı, Bartın, Bingöl, Hakkari, Kırklareli, Kars, Amasya, Bayburt, Bilecik, and Afyonkarahisar.
