MHP makes notable statement on 'solution process': 'It is absolutely out of the question'

Attending the 'Municipal Council Members Consultation and Evaluation Meeting' of the MHP covering the provinces of Kayseri, Nevşehir, Niğde, Aksaray, Malatya, and Elazığ, MHP Deputy Chairman Sadir Durmaz made statements regarding the talks held with the DEM Party and Abdullah Öcalan. Expressing that the fight against terrorism will continue until the end, Durmaz claimed that the talks are strategic steps taken to end terrorism.

Durmaz used the following expressions in his speech:

'The will put forward by Mr. Devlet Bahçeli is a strategic step aimed at completely removing the separatist terrorist organization from the agenda of our country and our nation. Within the scope of the developments, what we want to say is this: There is no negotiation, debate, or truce with terrorism or terrorists. A new solution or opening process is absolutely out of the question. The fight against terrorism continues in the military and legal fields and will continue until the last terrorist is eliminated.'

MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli has given full support to the solution process in the statements he has made so far.

'WE ARE CLOSE TO A TERROR-FREE TURKEY'

Emphasizing that their goal is to completely end terrorism, the MHP Deputy Chairman stated that there are very few obstacles left to achieving this goal and that a solution is near.

Drawing attention to the importance of the stance put forward by MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli, Yılmaz continued his speech with these words:

'We must clear the obstacles in our path and tear down and destroy the barriers placed in front of us. In this context, the biggest obstacle to Turkey's development is undoubtedly the separatist terrorist organization PKK. Thank God; in recent years, with the determined will of the People's Alliance, the enemies of humanity, the terrorists, have reached the point of extinction within the country. With successful cross-border operations, most of the swamps have been drained. We are close to burying the broken-backed terrorist organization in history and reaching the goal of a 'terror-free Turkey'. In this sense, the will put forward by our Chairman Mr. Devlet Bahçeli is a strategic step aimed at completely removing the separatist terrorist organization from the agenda of our country and our nation.
