MHP targets Mansur Yavaş: CHP's response was swift!

MHP Deputy Chairman Yaşar Yıldırım targeted the CHP leadership during his remarks at the 8th Ordinary General Assembly of Türk Eğitim-Sen. Addressing the resignation of Keçiören Mayor Mesut Özarslan from the CHP, Yıldırım pointed to Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş as the "prime suspect" in their files.

Yıldırım claimed that the CHP leadership is conducting internal party settling of scores through the judiciary, and he targeted Mansur Yavaş. Yıldırım alleged that CHP Chairman Özgür Özel is carrying out a purge process within the party to secure his own presidential candidacy.

RESPONSE FROM CHP'S MURAT EMİR

The reaction to MHP's Yıldırım came from CHP Group Deputy Chairman Murat Emir. Criticizing Yıldırım's statements harshly, Emir said, "You are the ones who control the judiciary. You are the ones who open conspiracy files. You are the ones who sent Ekrem İmamoğlu to Silivri. Are you now targeting Mansur Yavaş?"

EMİR'S "CUNNING" COMMENT

Emir also characterized Yıldırım's claims regarding the candidacy process within the CHP as "cunning," stating on his social media account: "Do you think you can be cunning by trying to shift the responsibility for the conspiracies you set up with your own hands onto our Chairman Özgür Özel?"
