Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) Deputy Chairmen Semih Yalçın and İzzet Ulvi Yönter reacted to reports regarding the Ülkü Ocakları (Idealist Hearths) connection in the Sinan Ateş murder.

Following the revelation that the vehicle used to transport the shooter Eray Özyağcı from Ankara to Istanbul in the murder of former Ülkü Ocakları President Sinan Ateş was used by the current Ülkü Ocakları President Ahmet Yiğit Yıldırım, MHP figures reacted to the news regarding the Sinan Ateş murder on the social media platform X.

MHP Deputy Chairman Semih Yalçın stated, "The Ülkü Ocakları, which has gifted the soldiers of a sacred cause rooted in the past to the Republic of Turkey, is a distinguished institution that continues to raise new generations of idealists."

MHP Deputy Chairman İzzet Ulvi Yönter used the following expressions:
