MHP's Feti Yıldız targets the Constitutional Court again

The judicial crisis that emerged after the Court of Cassation announced it would not implement the Constitutional Court's (AYM) ruling of rights violation regarding TİP Hatay MP Can Atalay, who is imprisoned in the Gezi Park case, and the Court of Cassation's filing of a criminal complaint against AYM members, continues.

While the harshest statements against the AYM have come from the MHP, MHP Deputy Chairman Feti Yıldız has once again targeted the AYM.

TARGETED THE AYM

Making a statement on his social media account, Yıldız used the following expressions: "The constitutional framer does not make a concrete definition of which crimes fall under the scope of Article 14 of the Constitution. The Constitution does not list crimes one by one as in the Penal Code. Concrete definition has been left to judicial precedent. It is unlawful for the Constitutional Court to issue decisions through individual applications that eliminate or render dysfunctional the application of constitutional norms."
