Muharrem İnce reacts to Istanbul Bar Association President Kaboğlu: 'It cannot even be proposed'
Memleket Party leader Muharrem İnce has reacted to Istanbul Bar Association President İbrahim Kaboğlu, who is at the center of controversy for suggesting that the unchangeable articles of the Constitution could be amended.

In a statement on social media, Muharrem İnce said, "Government, opposition, Speaker of Parliament, Bar Association President, positive, negative; it makes no difference. The first 4 articles of the Constitution cannot be changed; this cannot even be proposed. Period."
