A 'Republic of Turkey' (T.C.) sign has been hung at the Yozgat Municipality, which switched from the AKP to the New Welfare Party (YRP) in the March 31 Local Elections. Yozgat Mayor Kazım Arslan shared the new look of the municipal building with the words of the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, 'How happy is the one who says I am a Turk'.

Yozgat, known as a stronghold of the AKP, switched to the New Welfare Party in the March 31 Local Elections.

YRP Mayor Kazım Arslan, who won Yozgat with 36.63 percent of the vote, hung the T.C. (Republic of Turkey) sign on the municipal building.

Announcing the development with a video shared on his social media account, Arslan used the phrase "How happy is the one who says I am a Turk."

It was noted that the voice of the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk was also included in the video where Arslan showed the old and new state of the municipal building.
