New alliance move from MHP with Russia and China!

MHP Deputy Chairman and Member of Parliament İlyas Topsakal traveled to Moscow under the instructions of his party leader, Devlet Bahçeli, to hold important talks.

Topsakal explained the purpose of his meetings to the Vedomosti newspaper, one of Russia's leading publications, stating that he carried out this visit to "convey the proposal that Turkey should form an alliance with Russia and China."

THE ROLE OF ECONOMY AND SECURITY IN A TRIPLE ALLIANCE

Topsakal emphasized that the close relations Turkey would establish with Russia and China could play a critical role not only economically but also in terms of security. He stated that in a period when global balances are changing rapidly, developing alternative partnerships is important for Turkey's strategic interests. The MHP official said that this alliance could consolidate the effectiveness of the three countries in the global arena.

MHP-BAHÇELİ ALLIANCE CONDITIONS

The conditions for the MHP to form an alliance with the AKP in elections have also become clear. Topsakal stated that for this alliance, "it is not ministerial positions, but the acceptance of a program aimed at cooperation with Russia and China" that is required. These statements offer important clues as to how Turkey's foreign policy orientations might be shaped.

In his statements regarding the details of his visit, Topsakal expressed that his contacts in Moscow were not only official visits but also included meetings with political parties, bureaucrats, and intellectuals. This visit, carried out under Bahçeli's guidance, shows that Turkey is in search of a new international alliance.

Topsakal also pointed out that Turkey's rapprochement with Russia and China could change the global balance, stating that cooperation, especially in the economic and security fields, would benefit the country.
