Regarding the words uttered by Tuba TORUN ERDOĞDU, the lawyer for the detained defendant Aykut Erdoğdu, during a press statement made while the trial of the Istanbul 40th High Criminal Court's case file numbered 2025/318 was ongoing at the hearing hall located in the Marmara Penal Execution Institutions Campus on 30/04/2026, an investigation has been initiated by our Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, taking into account the provisions of the Attorneyship Law.
