According to information obtained from parliamentary lobbies, it is claimed that a series of efforts will be made during this process to present judicial reforms to the public and to restore trust in the judiciary.

As part of the AKP's democratization strategy, it is expected that some members of the judiciary who have issued detention and arrest orders that have drawn public backlash will be removed from active duty.
