New poll emerges one month before elections: Kurum or İmamoğlu in Istanbul?
The results of a face-to-face survey conducted by Gezici Research with 8,248 people across Istanbul's 3 electoral districts have been shared with the public.
Gezici Research Company has completed its survey for the 3 electoral districts in Istanbul.
In face-to-face interviews with 8,248 people, citizens were asked, "Which party's candidate do you intend to vote for in the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality mayoral election to be held on March 31?"
According to the results, 44.1 percent of participants responded with Murat Kurum, 43.5 percent with Ekrem İmamoğlu, and 4.1 percent with DEM Party co-mayoral candidates Meral Danış Beştaş and Murat Çepni.
While the vote share for the Victory Party (Zafer Partisi) candidate Azmi Karamahmutoğlu was 3.1 percent, the rate of those saying they would vote for the New Welfare Party (Yeniden Refah Partisi) candidate Mehmet Altınöz was 2.3 percent.
The Good Party (İYİ Parti) candidate Buğra Kavuncu remained at 1.7 percent.
