Nurettin Demir to announce his candidacy for Muğla
Prof. Dr. Nurettin Demir, who previously served as a CHP deputy for three terms, will announce his candidacy for the Muğla Metropolitan Municipality today.

Chairman Özgür Özel, in his speech at the CHP Provincial Chairs Istanbul Meeting, pointed to Istanbul Metropolitan Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, Ankara Metropolitan Mayor Mansur Yavaş, and Aydın Metropolitan Mayor Özlem Çerçioğlu, stating, "We have no promises made to anyone other than our three metropolitan candidates whom we have embraced."
In the CHP, which is preparing to conduct satisfaction surveys for incumbent mayors, primary elections will also be held for a large portion of municipalities currently governed by other parties.
In the CHP, which is focusing its election efforts particularly in the Aegean Region, the question of who will be nominated for the Muğla Metropolitan Municipality remains a subject of curiosity.
