Following the unlawful arrest of our Chairman, Prof. Dr. Ümit Özdağ, a 14-page objection petition containing severe criticisms regarding the "flight risk" cited as the reason for his arrest and the alleged crime has been submitted to the court by the lawyers of our Chairman, Prof. Dr. Ümit Özdağ.
In the objection petition, the lawyers drew attention to the fact that the liberty of our Chairman, Prof. Dr. Ümit Özdağ, has been restricted and that the unlawfulness in the arrest decision has reached grave dimensions."
