Objection to the announcement of the decision to revoke Can Atalay's parliamentary status rejected
CHP Group Deputy Chairman Gökhan Günaydın had stated that they would continue their objections today regarding the revocation of the parliamentary status of imprisoned TİP MP Can Atalay, arguing that the decision was not heard in visual and audio media and was therefore unlawful. Deputy Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) Bekir Bozdağ rejected the objection, stating that whether or not it is heard is at the discretion of the deputies themselves.

Thus, the CHP's objection was rejected.
