Özgür Özel announced at the rally: That municipality has switched to CHP!
CHP leader Özgür Özel announced at his party's rally in Yozgat that the Bahadın Municipality has joined the CHP.
At a ceremony held in the Bahadın district of Yozgat, it was announced that the Bahadın Municipality has switched from the Homeland Party (Memleket Partisi) to the Republican People's Party (CHP). CHP Chairman Özgür Özel stated at the event held in Cumhuriyet Square that this transition would be a great source of strength for their party.

In his speech at the ceremony, Özel said, "As of today, the Bahadın Municipality has effectively joined the CHP from the Homeland Party. As of tomorrow, members of the Homeland Party will also join the CHP upon the invitation of our provincial chairmanships in all 81 provinces." He also expressed his gratitude to Muharrem İnce for his support during this process.
During the ceremony, CHP badges were pinned on Sorgun-Bahadın Mayor Sami Eroğlu and the municipal council members. Özel emphasized that this development strengthens the CHP's mission as a democratic meeting point as part of the Turkey Alliance.

At the event, with the participation of Muharrem İnce, the message "Our place is the CHP" came to the fore. The process, which began with İnce's words, "One Sunday we go to Bahadın, our only municipality," was evaluated as part of the CHP's efforts to increase its influence in local governments.
