Özgür Özel announces rally schedule! 'Every Wednesday...'

The rally organized by the CHP in Maltepe, Istanbul, following the arrest of IMM Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, took place with the participation of millions of citizens.

CHP Chairman Özgür Özel thanked everyone who attended the rally in a statement on his social media account and announced that the struggle will continue.

RALLY EVERY WEDNESDAY  

Emphasizing that the Maltepe rally was just the beginning, Özel stated that from now on, they will be in the squares of a different province every weekend and a different district of Istanbul every Wednesday.

The CHP leader used the following expressions in his statement:

Today, 2.2 million of our citizens flooded the Maltepe square like a river. I thank all our citizens who filled the squares on the eve of the holiday for justice and to protect their will.

This is just the beginning. From now on, we will be in the squares in a different province every weekend and in a different district of Istanbul every Wednesday.

This nation will not be silenced:

Leave my candidate alone, bring the ballot box!
