The Republican People's Party's "Defending the National Will" rallies continue in Istanbul's Beyoğlu district.
CHP leader Özgür Özel, in a post on his social media account, called for participation in the event to be held in Beyoğlu.
Özel included the following words in his post:
"We are meeting in Beyoğlu for our 50th protest for justice, equality, and freedom! We will be in the squares until Ekrem İmamoğlu and all our imprisoned comrades are free, and until the ballot box arrives! We will win, justice will win, our nation will win! Wednesday, August 27, 20:30, Şişhane Square, in front of Beyoğlu Municipality."
While it is stated that the rally will be shaped around the themes of justice and freedom, participants are expected to gather at Şişhane Square in Beyoğlu.
