Özgür Özel responds to the question 'Will your turn come too?' in Bilecik: 'Those who fear iron should not board the train'

A citizen calling out from the crowd asked Özel, "Mr. Chairman, will your turn come too?" Responding to the question with a smile, Özel replied, "Those who fear iron should not board the train, my brother."

On the other hand, it was reported that the process regarding the absolute nullity objection that Özel is stated to have filed with the Court of Cassation has been postponed to the autumn months due to the judicial recess.
