The Ministry of Interior, in a statement made via social media, shared the new crossing regulations for Syria with the public.
The Ministry stated that, in line with the normalization process that began in Syria as of December 8, crossings with passports have become possible at land border gates.
The statement included the following: ''Turkish citizens and Syrian citizens who have acquired third-country citizenship will be able to enter and exit with a passport through our other land border gates, excluding the Operation Peace Spring region on our Syrian border.''
