Phone call between Erdoğan and Saudi Crown Prince Salman
President Erdoğan and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman discussed regional security and the latest situation following the attacks during a phone call.
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan held a phone call with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. During the call, Erdoğan conveyed his best wishes to Prince Salman regarding the attacks Saudi Arabia has recently been subjected to.
According to information provided by the Directorate of Communications, the two leaders evaluated the tension and security situation in the region during the call. President Erdoğan emphasized that if the attacks are not addressed sufficiently, the conflict will lead to serious consequences both in the region and globally.
Furthermore, Erdoğan stated that Turkey and Saudi Arabia prioritize dialogue and diplomacy for the resolution of disputes. “Our President expressed that Turkey and Saudi Arabia are making significant efforts to resolve disputes through dialogue, and that giving diplomacy a chance is the most rational path.”
