Presidential Chief Advisor threatens the opposition: 'The state takes note, the heads of uprisings will be crushed very harshly'

The social memory records their behaviors and comments that exceed their limits, and the state takes note. The heads of illegitimate uprisings will be crushed very harshly."
Presidential Advisor Ayhan Oğan used threatening language toward opposition segments in a statement he made on social media. Stating, "After the March 31 elections, an excessive self-confidence and aggression have been observed in some opposition social media accounts, primarily among opposition politicians," Oğan shared the results of the May 28, 2023 Presidential election and the March 31, 2024 local elections, claiming that there was no increase in votes for the opposition.
