Reinstatement process begins for Kılıçdaroğlu's PM and YDK members

As the new congress debates within the Republican People's Party (CHP) were taken to the judiciary, the 36th Civil Chamber of the Ankara Regional Court of Justice ruled for the cancellation of the decisions taken during the 38th Ordinary Congress and the 21st Extraordinary Congress processes. With the court's "absolute nullity" ruling, Özgür Özel, who led the party to first place in the last election, and the current administration were provisionally removed from their posts. In response, it is anticipated that Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu and the former administration will return to office.

REJECTION FROM YSK ON RETURN TO CHP ADMINISTRATION

Kılıçdaroğlu and his team filed an objection with the Supreme Election Council (YSK) regarding the extraordinary congress. However, the YSK did not accept the application. During this process, the team led by Kılıçdaroğlu entered the party's headquarters accompanied by police intervention.

Following the developments regarding the congress cancellation and reinstatement, another important decision was taken yesterday. The Ankara 3rd General Enforcement Office approved the request of Kılıçdaroğlu's lawyers to serve notifications to the members of the Party Assembly (PM) and the High Disciplinary Board (YDK) who were reinstated due to the cancellation of the CHP Congress.

Former PM and YDK members are preparing to be officially invited back to their duties in the party following the court decision.

CHP Chairman Özgür Özel reacted to the notification process at the headquarters by saying, "They tore down the father's hearth for this," and tore up the notification.

All eyes in the political arena are on the new administrative landscape that will emerge in the CHP following the court decision.
