Remarkable increase in assets after the election: Here is the documentation of the properties Sinan Oğan acquired in the last year

It has been learned that Sinan Oğan, who supported AKP President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in the second round of the 2023 Presidential election and told critics to "stick to the plan," acquired a large number of properties in the year the election was held.

According to land registry information shared by CHP Gaziantep MP Hasan Öztürkmen, Oğan purchased numerous plots of land, fields, mansions, and ultra-luxury residences immediately before and after the election. It is stated that the current value of these properties exceeds 100 million TL.

Here are the statements from CHP's Hasan Öztürkmen, who has reopened the Sinan Oğan file, that will create an agenda:

''Sinan Oğan, who set out against Tayyip Erdoğan by saying “We will close the gates of hell” and sought the votes of Turkish nationalists, supported Erdoğan in the second round of the 2023 Presidential elections and betrayed the 5 million votes he received. Oğan responded to the criticisms by saying “Stick to the plan” but never explained what that plan was.

Sinan Oğan, who was expelled from the MHP twice in the past, parted ways with Meral Akşener at the very beginning, and then participated in the Presidential race as the candidate of the ATA Alliance, has now started to show himself on the stage again. In a statement he made in recent weeks, Oğan claimed that if he had supported Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu instead of Erdoğan, Turkey would have been dragged into an economic and political crisis. In the same speech, he also said that he is working to be the joint candidate of the Turkish right in the 2028 elections.

Oğan then continued to target the CHP with new statements and addressed our Chairman, saying, "The owner of the venue has returned, let us take you off the stage now, Mr. Özgür Özel."

Yes, that's right. Mr. Oğan truly became the "owner of the venue" after the Presidential election where he supported Erdoğan! And what a venue it is! According to our findings, Oğan experienced a "venue" boom in 2023, the year the Presidential elections were held. Plots of land, fields, mansions, residences in luxury complexes...

Oğan's "plan" when he said "stick to the plan" turned out to be "zoning plans."

After the elections, when the plots and land he bought were reflected in the press, Oğan called it "a lie, slander." However, we have confirmed them all. Their total current value is over 100 million TL! Look at which "venues" Sinan Oğan added to his assets immediately before and after the elections in 2023:

1- He bought a 7-decare plot and a mansion consisting of 800 m2 in the Tulumtaş Neighborhood of the İncek district of Ankara's Gölbaşı district. (Block 5029 Parcel 65) Its price at the time of purchase was 30 million TL. The current average value of the plot and mansion is 50 million TL!

2- He bought 2,941 square meters of land in Ankara Gölbaşı (Old Parcel: 613 / New Block 5005, Parcel 119). Its current average value is 4.5-5 million TL.

3- He bought a luxury apartment from Beysu Konakları in Mutlukent Neighborhood in Ankara's Çankaya district. (Block 13071, Parcel 9). Depending on their location and size, the apartments here range from 12 million to 35 million TL.

4- Sinan Oğan bought his first famous mansion in Gölbaşı, which he said “is worth more than 1 million dollars” in an interview in recent months, in 2020. (Block 125255, parcel 5) However... The villa was on a 2-decare plot of land. Oğan expanded this place in 2023. He bought 3 more parcels. (Block 125254, Parcels 10-11-13) The total current value of the lands is approximately 20 million TL.

5- Oğan did not just expand this villa (Block 125255, parcel 5) with new parcels. He closed the state-owned road right next to the block where his villa is located with a gate. We are talking about that famous gate on which he had a wolf figure placed and posed with the grey wolf sign.

In addition, Oğan disrupted the integrity of the adjacent parcel and shifted the boundary of his plot by about 3 meters. With this shift, the parcels of many of the neighboring plots were also shifted or occupied. This action became a matter of litigation upon the complaints of the neighbors. Based on the expert report prepared in November 2023, the Ankara 18th Administrative Court found Oğan's neighbors to be right.''
