Büşra Bozkurt, who stated that she has worked as a protocol officer in the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (TCMB) executive office for 4 years, has made highly controversial allegations regarding Central Bank Governor Hafize Gaye Erkan and her father Erol Erkan.

In her complaint petition to CİMER, Bozkurt claimed that she was dismissed by Erol Erkan and that Erol Erkan was acting as an administrator within the institution.

Victory Party Chairman Ümit Özdağ reacted to Central Bank Governor Hafize Gaye Erkan, who is at the center of the allegations.

Sharing on his X (Twitter) account, Özdağ stated, "This is how the institutional structure of the state decays. Boğaziçi, the US, etc., are meaningless. Ignorant people without a culture of statehood are disgracing the state."
