YENİ Party Chairman Özgür Özel stands out in the immunity files. It is stated that there are a total of 61 immunity files regarding Özel in the TBMM, while it was reported that 356 files belonging to approximately 75 CHP deputies were in Parliament before the establishment of the YENİ Party.

According to the same information, with 91 deputies moving to the YENİ Party, a significant portion of these summaries has also been associated with the new party group. How the process will proceed will depend on whether the files come to the parliamentary agenda.
