The debt of the Kozaklı district in Nevşehir, known for its thermal springs and having a population of 7,000, is 456 million liras.
The newly elected mayor, Sefer Neslihanoğlu, shared the debt of the municipality, which passed from the AKP to the CHP in the March 31 elections.
Mayor Neslihanoğlu stated, "The debt of the Kozaklı Municipality as of March 31, 2024, which we have taken over, is 456 million 371 thousand 167 liras and 40 kuruş. This is respectfully announced to all our citizens."

On the other hand, it was stated that 18 people were hired by the municipality 15 days before the election by the former AKP mayor Akif Kabukçuoğlu.
