Striking allegations from Deniz Yavuzyılmaz: We are decoding the network of the 'fund fraud' criminal organization

In a post on his social media account, Deniz Yavuzyılmaz alleged that there is a connection between Emre Tezmen, the Sayan family, and Deputy Minister of Trade Mustafa Tuzcu.

In his post, Yavuzyılmaz stated, "We are decoding the network of the fund fraud criminal organization."

According to the allegations made by YENİ Party's Yavuzyılmaz, following the appointment of Emre Tezmen as the Chairman of the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK) Turkey-Finland Business Council, Ayşe Hilal Sayan Koytak, the older sister of Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya, was appointed as the Ambassador to Finland.

In the image of the Presidential decree included in the post, the line appointing Ayşe Hilal Sayan Koytak as the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to the Republic of Finland is highlighted. The image shows the date of the decree as September 4, 2026; however, Yavuzyılmaz stated in his post that the appointment was made on September 5, 2026.

Yavuzyılmaz also highlighted that Emre Tezmen serves on the board of directors of the Central Securities Depository (MKK) alongside Deputy Minister of Trade Mustafa Tuzcu. Describing the MKK as the "state's cosmic room in financial markets," Yavuzyılmaz argued that Tuzcu was the executor of the DEİK Finland process.

At the end of his post, Yavuzyılmaz said, "In other words, they are all connected to each other, they are all one team, and they all knew everything," and called for the dismissal of Deputy Minister of Trade Mustafa Tuzcu and Ambassador to Finland Ayşe Hilal Sayan Koytak.
