Presidential motions regarding the lifting of the legislative immunity of 5 deputies—three from the DEM Party, one from the IYI Party, and one independent—have reached the TBMM.
As reported by Duvar, the DEM Party deputies whose immunity is requested to be lifted are Cengiz Çandar and Sabahat Erdoğan Sarıtaş, along with DEM Party deputy and Parliamentary Administrative Chief Salihe Aydeniz.
Additionally, the summaries of proceedings regarding IYI Party deputy Burak Akburak and independent deputy Yüksel Arslan have also been forwarded to Parliament.
