BAYIK'S LIST OF CONDITIONS: THERE WILL BE NO PEACE WITHOUT THESE
The demands presented to Turkey by terrorist Cemil Bayık are as follows:
Changes will be made to Öcalan's conditions. Isolation will be lifted.
Freedom laws will be prepared and the groundwork will be created.
No pressure will be exerted on the PKK, and no perception will be created.
Their demands regarding the commission established in Parliament will be taken into account.
The Anti-Terror Law will be changed. Heavy sentences will not be given if those remaining in the mountains return to the country.
There is interference with those listening to Kurdish music in Istanbul. There will be no such interference. The right to speak Kurdish will be granted.
The name of the process will be accepted as the Kurdish issue.
Other peoples will also be recognized, beyond mentioning Kurds, Turks, and Arabs.
The PKK will only lay down its arms under these conditions. Otherwise, it will not.
