Testimony of Dilek İmamoğlu's brother revealed

Cevat Kaya noted the following in his testimony:

"I started working at a very young age and have had a business life of approximately 40 years. To this day, I have not committed any disgraceful crime, I have not victimized anyone, and I have conducted my business in an extremely healthy manner. We are in the textile business. I was suddenly detained on Saturday, and today I am here before you. Regarding some phone messages, a friend of mine was curious about where a certain plot of land was. I sent a message to find out about it. Nevda is a friend from the neighborhood whom I have known for a long time. They used to import alcohol. She had a company, but I don't remember the name. She was doing this business with her father; later, the company closed. I do not know Turan. I am Dilek Hanım's brother, but I did not gain any benefit from the municipality in any way, nor did I act as an intermediary to secure business at the municipality. I am honest; I already have my own business. I may have sent a few messages to help our friends; that is all. The company I sell fabric to in Merter has a second company that sells meat products. They had a receivable, and they said, 'They are telling us there is no money.' They said, 'I will give you an assignment in exchange for the fabric debt owed to you.'
