Former CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu has won the 5-kurush compensation lawsuit he filed against AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

"THE 5-KURUSH LAWSUIT HAS CONCLUDED"

Announcing the development, Kılıçdaroğlu's lawyer Celal Çelik stated, "The '5-kurush lawsuit' we filed due to the insults hurled by Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in his speech dated 01.06.2022 (at the TBMM Group meeting) has concluded."

Declaring "Erdoğan lost!", Celal Çelik added, "Our 7th Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu won... The court ruled that Erdoğan's words constituted insults and slander. We will continue to hold them accountable!"

Recep Tayyip Erdoğan'ın 01.06.2022 tarihli (TBMM Grup toplantısında) konuşmasında savurduğu hakaretler nedeniyle açmış olduğumuz "5 Kuruşluk dava" sonuçlandı.
