Lawyer Celal Çelik announced that the 7th Chairman of the CHP, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, has won the "5-kurush" lawsuit he filed against AKP President and Head of State Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
Former CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu has won the 5-kurush compensation lawsuit he filed against AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
"THE 5-KURUSH LAWSUIT HAS CONCLUDED"
Announcing the development, Kılıçdaroğlu's lawyer Celal Çelik stated, "The '5-kurush lawsuit' we filed due to the insults hurled by Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in his speech dated 01.06.2022 (at the TBMM Group meeting) has concluded."
Declaring "Erdoğan lost!", Celal Çelik added, "Our 7th Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu won... The court ruled that Erdoğan's words constituted insults and slander. We will continue to hold them accountable!"
