In the 2025 central budget of the Presidency, 16 billion 928 million 146 thousand TL has been allocated for Palace expenditures. Of this budget, 2 billion 784 million liras will be used for the salaries of the personnel working at the Palace. In 2024, an appropriation of 2 billion 225 million 960 thousand TL had been allocated for personnel expenses.

According to the report by Deniz Ayhan from Sözcü, a significant increase has been observed in the number of personnel working at the Palace with the transition to the Presidential Government System. While 1,216 personnel served during the Ahmet Necdet Sezer era and 1,316 during the Abdullah Gül era, this number reached 2,538 in 2024.

The Erdoğan era has far surpassed the number of personnel in the Sezer and Gül eras.

Although official figures have not been announced, it is stated that this increase is continuing according to the information obtained.
