As developments following the "absolute nullity" decision in the CHP continue to dominate the political agenda, discussions have begun regarding what path former CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu will follow.

Sözcü Media Group Ankara Representative Saygı Öztürk stated that Kılıçdaroğlu would not go to the CHP Headquarters today and made notable assessments regarding the process.

"IT WAS A DARK DAY FOR THE CHP"

Saygı Öztürk described the day the decision was announced as a "dark day for the CHP." Stating that there was talk throughout the day about whether the decision would be announced, Öztürk noted that the decision was learned yesterday around 16:30.

Stating that they announced the development both in television broadcasts and on their website following the decision, Öztürk said they were among the first journalists to report the news.

"THE LIGHTS AT THE HEADQUARTERS WERE A MESSAGE THAT THE PARTY IS BEING PROTECTED"

In his statement, Saygı Öztürk also touched upon the lights remaining on throughout the night at the CHP Headquarters, stating that this carried a symbolic meaning.

Saying that on election nights, when hopes are lost, the lights in party buildings are turned off one by one, Öztürk conveyed that the scene at the CHP Headquarters gave a different message.

Öztürk expressed that the presence of party officials and members at the headquarters throughout the night carried the message, "We are in our party, we are protecting our party, and we will not abandon our building."

"KILIÇDAROĞLU WILL NOT GO TO THE HEADQUARTERS TODAY"

Stating that the most curious topic of the process is whether Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu will go to the CHP Headquarters, Saygı Öztürk spoke clearly on this matter.

Öztürk used the expressions, "I am giving a clear answer, Kılıçdaroğlu will not go to the Headquarters today."

"THE PROCESS HAS NOT YET BEEN COMPLETED"

Saying that the legal process has not yet been completed following the decision, Saygı Öztürk stated that the given decision is an interim injunction.

Öztürk explained that an application must first be made to the enforcement office, and then it is mandatory for the decision in question to be conveyed to party officials through the enforcement officer.

Stating that within the scope of the legal process, officials must be reinstated, Öztürk expressed that this must happen within a seven-day period. He said that if no different decision emerges in the process, the procedures will proceed within this framework.

HE DREW ATTENTION TO THE YSK AND COURT OF CASSATION PROCESS

In his statement, Saygı Öztürk also shared details regarding legal applications, saying that there is an application process to the Supreme Election Council (YSK) today.

Stating that objection petitions will be prepared and submitted to the Çankaya District Election Board, Öztürk also expressed that preparations for objections to the Court of Cassation have been completed.

He conveyed that the preparation of these procedures in a short time shows that the CHP management had made prior preparations for the process.

"A DIFFERENT OFFICE OR BUILDING MAY COME TO THE AGENDA"

Saygı Öztürk said in the continuation of his statement that Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu is not expected to go to the CHP Headquarters in the short term.
