TKH targets Erdoğan with harsh language: Erdoğan, as co-chair of the GMEP, should not deceive anyone

AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, at his party's group meeting, announcedthat they have canceled plans to visit Israel.

“THEY ABUSED OUR GOODWILL”

Erdoğan said, "I have shaken the hand of this man called Netanyahu only once in my life. Of course, we had goodwill, but they abused it. We had a plan to visit Israel; we canceled it. They abused our goodwill." he stated.

“A NEW ‘FAKE ONE MINUTE’ OUTBURST”

The Communist Movement of Turkey (TKH)issued a statement following Erdoğan's remarks. The statement from the TKH included the following: “The words Erdoğan spoke against Israel at his party's group meeting are a new ‘fake one minute’ outburst. These words from Erdoğan, who is known for making statements aimed at ‘venting’ his own base in response to the war of annihilation Israel is waging against Palestine, are empty and meaningless.” the statement read.

“HE CANNOT BE EXPECTED TO OPPOSE ISRAEL”

The statement, which noted that Erdoğan has boasted about being the co-chair of the Greater Middle East Project (GMEP), said: “Erdoğan cannot be expected to oppose Israel.” it stated.

The Greater Middle East Project is for the security of Israel. Erdoğan, who is the co-chair of the GMEP, should not deceive anyone.

"The words Erdoğan spoke against Israel at his party's group meeting are a new 'fake one minute' outburst. These words from Erdoğan, who is known for making statements aimed at 'venting' his own base in response to the war of annihilation Israel is waging against Palestine, are empty and meaningless. 

Erdoğan, who yesterday approved Sweden's NATO membership, who enthusiastically welcomes every step taken by imperialism in the Middle East, and who boasts of being the co-chair of the Greater Middle East Project, cannot be expected to oppose Israel. 

For those who enabled Israeli pilots to be trained in Konya and who have signed all kinds of commercial and military contracts with Israel, raising their voices on the issue of Palestine today is both a manipulation and an attempt to cover up the facts with a religious cloak.

You cannot fight against Israel without opposing NATO and imperialism. The struggle of the Palestinian people is a struggle for independence against imperialism.
