Turmoil continues in the Future Party: Two deputies resign

The Future Party has faced various crises since its establishment under the leadership of Ahmet Davutoğlu.

Most recently, the defection of some Future Party deputies, who were elected from CHP lists, to the AKP has triggered a new wave of resignations within the party.

Future Party Istanbul deputies Selim Temurci and İsa Mesih Şahin announced that they have resigned from their party.

As of today, I am leaving the Future Party, which we founded with great effort and dedication.

SAYMAZ HAD SHARED NEWS OF THE RESIGNATIONS

Journalist İsmail Saymaz had announced in a statement on social media that Istanbul deputies Selim Temurci and İsa Mesih Şahin would be leaving their party.

Saymaz's statement is as follows:

"Future Party Istanbul deputies Selim Temurci and İsa Mesih Şahin are resigning from their party today.

Temurci and Şahin will announce to the public that they are parting ways after meeting with Davutoğlu this evening.

The two deputies will not be joining any other party for the time being."

These developments are being interpreted as a sign that the crisis within the Future Party will deepen further.
