A video of Murat Kurum discussing his 'candidacy' with his team has become a trending topic on social media.
Kurum stated, "We will set out for the 16 million residents of Istanbul. We will go street by street, neighborhood by neighborhood to eliminate our people's concerns about earthquake risk together."
