Another resignation earthquake has hit the IYI Party.
The party's Sultangazi District Chair, Sinan Taşkın, announced that he and the organization have resigned from the IYI Party to support Ekrem İmamoğlu in the local elections.
Announcing the resignation on his X (Twitter) account, Taşkın stated the following:
"For the information of the public;
"I am resigning from my position as IYI Party Sultangazi District Chair, to which I have dedicated great effort since its founding, along with our very valuable Board members and organization colleagues, in order to support the winning and right candidate, Mr. İmamoğlu..."
