Özgür Özel's tour of the East and Southeast begins: First images have arrived

CHP Chairman Özgür Özel, who visited former HDP Co-Chairman Selahattin Demirtaş at the Edirne F-Type Prison, has begun his tour of the East and Southeast, which covers Diyarbakır, Batman, Mardin, Şırnak, Hakkari, and Van.

Özel was welcomed by a large crowd in Diyarbakır, the first stop of his visit. Following the welcome, during which the CHP campaign bus played Kurdish songs, Özgür Özel proceeded to his hotel in a convoy.

CHP leader Özel will begin his contacts in the 6 cities of the East and Southeast tomorrow in Diyarbakır, where he will meet with women's non-governmental organizations in the city for breakfast.

Özel will then visit the Diyarbakır Governorship and shopkeepers in the Sur district; he will have lunch with factory workers. Afterward, he will visit Amedspor, the CHP Provincial Headquarters, and the Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality, before attending a City Council Meeting.
